Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach Resort in Fort Myers is a gated, upscale RV community designed for Class A and Super C owners. RiverBend Motorcoach Resort in LaBelle, Florida is a premier Class A motorcoach community on the Caloosahatchee River. Destin RV Beach Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida offers fully equipped concrete RV sites with 30- and 50-amp hookups, private beach access just steps from the resort, gated security, heated pool, free Wi-Fi, lush landscaping, and nearby dining and activities along the Emerald Coast.

Association Dues
Association dues for our deeded RV sites are billed quarterly at $1,275, effective January 2025.
Property Taxes
Real estate property taxes for RV lots for sale in Florida typically range from $2,000 to $4,000 per year, depending on the individual lot.
Utilities
Owners at our Florida RV resort are responsible for arranging and paying for their own:
- Electric
- Water
- Sewer
- Cable
- WiFi
Services may be obtained through local providers of the owner’s choice.
Governing Documents
The Declaration of Restrictions and Protective Covenants, By-Laws, and Articles of Incorporation for the ownership RV resort are available by request. Email requests to office@goldenpalmsrvresort.com.
Rental Program Fees
Owners who participate in the rental program at our motorcoach resort pay the Association a 20% nightly fee based on the pre-tax rental rate for each night the lot is rented.
Renter Fees
Renters are responsible for:
- Credit card processing fees of approximately 3.25%
- Applicable taxes currently totaling 11.5%
These fees apply to all charges billed to a renter’s credit card, including lot rentals and golf cart rentals.
Insurance Requirements
Owners with lots in the rental program must carry a liability insurance policy for each lot with minimum coverage of:
- $2,000,000 aggregate
- $1,000,000 per occurrence
The policy must name Golden Palms Luxury Motorcoach RV Resort Association as an additional insured.
Utilities for Rental Guests
Electric, water, and sewer are included in the daily rental rate for rental sites at our Florida RV resort. Additional fees may apply for electric vehicle charging.
